IP Whitelist is a security feature intended for limiting & controlling access to your KDX account only to trusted users or devices. Adding IP addresses to the whitelist means you will only be able to place orders or withdraw funds from the verified addresses.
2-Factor Authentication (2FA) must be enabled to add or remove an IP address from the list. Learn how to enable 2FA here.
Add IP address
Step 1: Log in to your account and click on 'Security' which can be found on the top right corner of the page in the 'Profile' section.
Step 2: Navigate to the "IP Whitelist" section.
Step 3: Enter your IP address then enter the 6-digit authentication code generated by the Google Authenticator app. Finally, a green banner will appear when the change has been successfully made and your IP address will appear below.
Remove IP address
Step 1: Click on the bin icon next to the IP address you would like to remove.
Step 2: Enter the 6-digit authentication code generated by the Google Authenticator app. Then, click 'Remove'. Then, a green banner will appear when the change has been successfully made.
