You are reminded to only deposit from your own bank account. Depositing from another person's bank account will incur you an admin fee of RM50 for the refund process.
KDX has a tiered structure that allows customers to increase their FIAT deposit and withdrawal limits based on their tier level. For more details on the tiers and limits, please refer to the following link: KDX Fees and Limits.
Fiat deposit through bank transfer consists of 2 parts:
- Making a deposit request on KDX platform. (Step 1 - 3)
- Performing an online bank transfer on your internet banking site. (Step 4)
Step 1: Log in to your account and select 'Wallet' from the dashboard. Then, click 'Deposit'.

Step 2: Select 'Bank Transfer' as your payment method. Then, choose your Funding Source and enter your deposit amount.

Step 3: Once done, click 'Request Deposit' to create a deposit request. Please read the alert banner to ensure that you have understand the instructions and click confirm.

Step 4: You will be directed to the next page the information below will appear. You are then required to log in to your online banking site (e.g., Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks etc) to perform an online bank transfer.
Please note to enter the correct deposit amount and memo/reference code for your funds to reach your KDX account.
