Step 1: After logging into your account, tap on the 'Wallet' tab at the bottom of the page.
Step 2: Tap on 'Fiat (MYR)'.
Step 3: Select 'MYR' then click 'Withdraw'.
Step 4: Choose 'Bank transfer'.
Step 7: Select the bank account where you would like your withdrawal amount to be credited.
Tip: Can’t find your bank account? Refer to this page to add your preferred bank account.
Step 8: Enter your desired withdrawal amount. Then, click 'Withdraw'.
Note:
- Minimum withdrawal limit: RM100.00
- Maximum daily withdrawal amount: RM250,000.00.
Step 9: Click 'OK'. Finally, enter the 6-digit authentication code generated by the Google Authenticator app.
You will receive an email once your withdrawal has been confirmed.

Any withdrawal of funds from your Account that originated or derived from the deposit of funds within the interval of twenty-four (24) hours is strictly prohibited.
