1. What is Auto Buy?
Auto Buy is a tool that lets you automatically buy digital assets (like Bitcoin) on a regular schedule. You simply choose the digital asset you want to buy, the amount (MYR), the frequency and forget - KDX will handle the rest for you!
2. What digital assets are available for Auto Buy?
Currently, Express Trade is available for the following digital assets: BTC, ETH, LTC, XRP, SOL
3. How often can I schedule my Auto Buy?
You can choose a schedule that fits your lifestyle:
- Daily: Buy on a specific time every day (for example, every 5pm)
- Weekly: Buy on a specific day each week (for example, every Monday)
- Monthly: Buy on a specific date each month (for example, on the 1st)
Pick whichever schedule works best for you.
4. Do I need to lock my money in advance?
No, you don't need to lock your funds. The MYR amount, fees, and taxes will only be deducted from your wallet at the exact time of the scheduled purchase. If you don't have enough balance at the time, the Auto Buy simply won't happen.
5. Can I set a price limit?
Yes. If you are worried about prices being too high, you can set a price limit. If the market price is outside of your determined price limit at the time of the purchase, the system will pause. Your Auto Buy will remain active and try again at the next scheduled cycle.
6. How many Auto Buy schedules can I have?
You can have up to 10 active Auto Buy schedules running at the same time.
7. Can I change my Auto Buy schedule after I start?
Once a schedule is created, you cannot change the settings (like the amount or frequency). However, if you want to change something, it's easy to do:
- Cancel your current schedule
- Create a new schedule with your updated preferences
You can cancel your schedules at any time without any penalties.
7. Is there a minimum or maximum amount for each Auto Buy purchase?
Yes, these amounts follow the standard minimum and maximum limits applied to the KDX spot market.
