1. What is the KDX Referral Programme?
The KDX Referral Programme rewards existing users (“Referrers”) who introduce new users (“Referees”) to KDX — Malaysia’s regulated Digital Asset Exchange. Both Referrers and Referees can earn Bitcoin (BTC) rewards when the referral conditions are met.
2. Who can join the Referral Programme?
Any verified KDX customer with an active account can participate.
- Referrers must have completed KYC and hold a verified KDX account.
- Referees must be new users who sign up using the Referrer’s link or code, complete KYC, and make at least RM200 in total trades.
3. How do I get my referral link or code?
Each verified user automatically receives a unique referral link or code in their KDX account. You can share it through personal communication channels that comply with KDX’s marketing policy.
4. How does the referral reward work?
When your referee signs up using your link or code, completes KYC, and executes at least RM200 in trades, both of you will earn RM25 worth of Bitcoin (BTC).
5. Can I earn more by referring more people?
Yes! You can earn additional lifetime rewards as you reach referral milestones:
- 5 successful referrals: Extra RM50 worth of BTC
- 10 successful referrals: Extra RM150 worth of BTC
- 20 successful referrals: Extra RM350 worth of BTC
- After 20 referrals, you’ll continue earning RM25 in BTC for every valid new referral.
6. When will I receive my referral rewards?
Rewards are credited within 30 to 60 calendar days once eligibility criteria are met and verified by the KDX team.
7. How is the BTC amount calculated?
Your BTC reward is calculated at the prevailing market rate at the time of distribution.
8. Can I refer myself or create multiple accounts?
No. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or false trading activity are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to abuse the programme will result in forfeited rewards and may lead to account suspension.
9. Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
There’s no cap on the total number of people you can refer. You’ll continue earning referral rewards for each eligible new user.
10. How will I know if my referrals are successful?
You can track your referral progress within your KDX account dashboard. The Marketing and Operations teams verify all referrals to ensure fairness and accuracy.
11. Why haven’t I received my reward yet?
Rewards may be delayed if:
- The Referee hasn’t completed KYC verification.
- The Referee hasn’t met the RM200 trading requirement.
- Duplicate or suspicious activity was detected.
If you’ve met all conditions and it’s been more than 60 days, please contact KDX Support for assistance.
12. How long will KDX keep my referral data?
All referral-related records are securely stored for at least seven (7) years in compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.
13. Can KDX change or end the programme?
Yes. KDX may revise or discontinue the Referral Programme at any time with prior notice. Any changes will be updated on the official website and app.
