Sometimes, your order might not be completed immediately because of how the market works:
If you placed a buy order, the price you want to pay might be lower than the current market price, so the order will wait until the price drops to your level.
If you placed a sell order, the price you want to sell at might be higher than the current market price, so the order will wait until someone is willing to buy at that price.
Orders may also stay pending if the quantity is too small or there isn’t enough market activity.
Think of it like placing an order in a shop that only sells at certain prices—your order waits until the shop can fulfill it.
Cancelling a pending order does not incur a fee.
No, the platform does not currently support direct coin-to-coin swaps. You need to sell one digital asset and buy another.
For the full list of digital assets, please refer to the Supported Digital Assets page.
Digital asset prices are determined by market supply and demand on the platform and other external exchanges.
You can track prices on the platform using live market charts, price alerts, or the trading dashboard. You can set up price alerts, which can only be done on the KDX mobile app.
For detailed instructions, please refer to the Price Alert Settings page.
Price alerts notify you when a digital asset reaches the price conditions you set. You can choose one-off or persistent alerts and set triggers such as above, below, or a specific price change.
A limit order executes at your specified price or better.
Maker orders add liquidity to the order book.
Taker orders remove liquidity by matching existing orders.
