Step 1: After logging into your account, navigate to the 'Trade' page. Your trade orders will be shown at the bottom part of the screen.
Tip: If you can't find your order in this screen, click on the clock icon next to 'Funds' to display all your previous trades.
Step 2: Click on the order you wish to cancel then, click 'Cancel'.
Step 3: Click 'Confirm'. You should be able to see a note at the top of the screen confirming your action and you will also receive an email when your order has been successfully cancelled.
Tip: This action is irreversible, please ensure you have selected the correct order to cancel.
