Cancel Pending Deposit
A deposit transaction may be under 'Pending' status when you create a fiat deposit request via Bank Transfer on KDX but did not proceed to perform fund transfer on your online banking website.
If you do not wish to complete a pending deposit transaction, you may choose to cancel it by following the steps below:
Step 1: After logging into your account, tap on the 'Wallet' tab at the bottom of the page.
Step 2: Tap on 'Fiat (MYR)'.
Step 3: Tap on 'MYR'.
Step 4: This page shows the list of your Fiat Transaction History that can fall under the 'Confirmed' or 'Pending' status. Tap on the 'Pending' transaction that you wish to cancel.
Note: Only transactions under the 'Pending' status are allowed to be cancelled.
Step 5: To cancel the Pending Deposit Transaction, tap the 'Cancel' button.
Step 6: Tap on 'Yes' to confirm your Pending Deposit Transaction cancellation.
Cancel Deposit at the Secure Payment Page
Alternatively, you can cancel the transaction at the Secure Payment Page.
- You may tap on 'Cancel' at the bottom of the page or tap the home icon at the top right corner of the page.
Tip: If you don't see the 'Cancel' button, you might need to scroll all the way to the bottom of the page.
Finally, the page will show that the deposit has been unsuccessful. Should you wish to make a new deposit, you may refer to this page.
